Your Callbird Page is how people can knock on your office door, on the internet. It’s the landing page to drive prospects or your audience to when they want to get in touch with you during your business hours.

Your Callbird link will go to a landing page that looks like the one above, telling your audience whether you’re online based on your office hours in My Settings.

If you have set up Prerecorded Video, visitors will see it on loop instead of the static. You can also set this up in My Settings.

Once a visitor clicks Knock, you’ll be notified based on your User Settings and you can accept the Call on the Dashboard.
